The Ukrainian Air Crew "Dubok" Summer Uniform—a rare artifact from the post-Soviet era. Born in 1997, the Dubok pattern was Ukraine's first fore into producing their own camouflage patterns. Based on the soviet TTSKO the Ukrainian Dubok or in English "Oak" would become the standard issue pattern for the Ukrainian armed forces. Made in the Chernihiv Garment Factory in 1993, It captures the chaotic history of the transitional Ukrainian Military. This uniform includes some nifty features that most infantry uniforms do not possess, such as:
- Zippered Pockets for securing items to reduce FOD or accidents inside aircraft
- Internal Canvas pistol holster for the Makarov PM, Having the weapon secured inside the pocket kept it free from snagging and out of the way during situations like high G maneuvers, crash landings or entering and exiting aircraft.
- Internal Survival Knife Pocket inside the left hand chest pocket kept a survival tool close to the crew at all times incase of emergencies.
- Included Dubok Belt
- Special or "Technical Cut" Summer Variation of the traditional Dubok, Used for specialized roles within the Ukrainian Military
